Transfer and Cancellation policy:

1. Transfers and cancellations must be made by phone with your Enrollment Coordinator.

2. Your nonrefundable deposit reserves your place. Your tuition balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the seminar start date and, and once paid is nonrefundable.

3. Your registration applies to a specific seminar and date. If you cannot attend the seminar for which you registered, you can transfer to another date within the following guidelines:

Your request for a transfer must to be made at least 7 days prior to the start date of the seminar for which you originally registered.
You can transfer into a seminar that occurs within eight months from your original seminar date.

A $50 fee will apply to each transfer. The transfer fee will be waived if the transfer is to an earlier date.
You may transfer your payment to another person who attends within the eight month timeframe.
