Integrate: FAQ

Q: The prerequisite for Integrate is six months living my CrossOver experience. Since Integrate is offered only once a year, what if I miss the six-month mark by a month or two? Can I still attend?
A: We recommend you contact WINGS and speak with your Enrollment Coordinator. They can ask you questions to decide if Integrate is the right seminar for you at this time.

Q: Why is there such a long time requirement between CrossOver and Integrate?
A: Integrate requires a high level of self-awareness. This is developed over time, using the awareness and skills you gained in PES and CrossOver. After time you are able to see where you are still getting "stuck" in old patterns. This is where the work begins in Integrate.

Q: I've heard we do "shadow work" in Integrate. What does that mean?
A: During Integrate we explore the shadow: those parts of ourselves, both positive and ones we judge as negative, that we have repressed because they do not align with our ideal standard of who we think "should be". This repression takes energy and distorts our life experience and results. Integrating these parts and bringing them into our consciousness unleashes our energy and expands our vision of who we are and what we are capable of creating.

Q: Is it better to do Integrate after LifeWorks?
A: We recommend LifeWorks first because you will have a greater level of self-awareness after participating in LifeWorks. You will utilize this awareness during Integrate, creating a deeper, richer experience for yourself.
