INTEGRATE is the hero’s inward journey. INTEGRATE directly assists you to stretch farther than you may have ever stretched before to claim new range in the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of your life.

In INTEGRATE we explore the shadow: those parts of ourselves, both positive and ones we judge as negative, that we have repressed because they do not align with our ideal standard of who we “should be.” This repression can be done consciously or unconsciously. This repression takes energy.

After living your CROSSOVER learning for at least six months, you are eligible for INTEGRATE. Your rewards include profound self acceptance. And in addition, the integration of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual Self. Plus alignment with your highest values, clear intention, and impeccable accountability. Tall achievable orders.

During this 5-day seminar, you create an Action Plan encompassing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual Self. Through the support system that you build in the seminar, as well as the new skills that you learn, you are encouraged to commit no less than six months to actualizing your Action Plan.
