The Authentic Leader Training is an intensive 10-day leadership training, in two 5-day segments, that balances self awareness, theory, practice, and resource building. Participants learn effective leadership through one-on-one coaching, plus hands-on experience in designing and delivering presentations, videotaping, and both giving and receiving behavior-specific feedback. They engage in a wide variety of skill and resource-building processes, further developing existing strengths while transforming weaknesses.
ALT explores underlying causes for all-too-common organizational issues such as blame, chaos, conflict, indifference, and wasted effort, and demonstrates effective resolutions leading to accountability, clarity, creativity, participation, and productivity.

Not only about developing excellent skill sets, participants experience being the leaders they want to become. New skills, perspectives, and behaviors become familiar, so that applying them in the “real world” comes naturally. During the ALT participants design and implement meetings and presentations to maximize results, and they manage the creative/visioning process for a project of their choice from start to completion. Doing this work together — with the support, feedback, and inspiration of the group as everyone works in parallel on their own project — raises the level of excellence and success for all.
