From the moment we entered the seminar room in ritual silence to gather in a circle, I felt we were being immersed in an experience of connection with the Divine. We became a tribe of kindred spirits, chanting, meditating, dancing, sharing and connecting, exploring our inner and outer worlds in a deep and profound manner.

All the Wings’ seminar experiences assist us to live balanced enriched lives of intention, purpose, and service to the world. Namasté is unique in its focus on the ultimate questions – experiencing with our bodies, minds, hearts, and spirits our connection to God ( in whatever form, language, or tradition we know that Great Mystery). Our experiences flowed between quiet introspective contemplation of our personal lives , as well as ecstatic energized expansion beyond the limits of our bodies into Unity Consciousness. Our explorations led us into the confluence of our Authentic Selves, Soul, and Spirit.

Kris King brings all her marvelous gifts and talents as facilitator to the Namasté seminar, guiding us into our personal experiences of joy, truth, and “ah-ha !”insights. Her travels in Bhutan and Tibet have helped shape the framework of the Namasté seminar, blending Eastern wisdom with Western consciousness into an easily-accessible and tangible format that provides a safe and nourishing container for all our experiences.
